We welcome the opportunity to build a dulcimer to your own musical requirements. We also welcome orders for additional equipment and various retro-fit kits.
To place an order for equipment or kits, look up the cost on the Price List, then contact Dwain Wilder about what you are ordering and shipping charges. You can pay either by check or money order made out to "Bear Meadow" and sent to Dwain Wilder or PayPal. (Due to the cost of using Paypal, domestic clients are encouraged to pay by check or money order.)
- Choose the model you are interested in.
- See the Price List for the model, options, and accessories you desire. These prices reflect the fact that I am now taking orders for delivery three years from now.
- Contact Dwain Wilder to discuss the dulcimer model you need, if necessary. Here are three ways to reach him:

° Postal Mail- Make a deposit. This is a 10%-15% non-refundable deposit, and guarantees your place on the Build List. You can make your deposit in several ways:

USA- Or you can make a deposit on-line using secure access PayPal processing. Due to raised fees from PayPal I ask that only international clients use PayPal. It is easy to set up a PayPal account. After you have an account, follow these simple steps:
- Login to your PayPal account
- Select the "Send Money" tab
- On the "Send Money" page, enter "dwain@bearmeadow.com" in the "To" box. Enter the amount you wish to send and click the "Continue" button.
- On the next page inspect the "Review your payment" info. then look at the bottom of the page, below the "Send Money" button, for the "Payment Method" listing. Below that will be a place for you to enter any message you would like to accompany your payment.
- Next, below "Payment Method," click the "Change" link to get to the "Funding Options" page. If there is an "eCheck" available, please select it. (This will make receipt of your payment slower, but greatly decrease the fees charged to me. Don't worry about the delay in receipt: your place in line on the Build List will not be affected.)
- Click the "Continue" button on the "Funding Options" page, and you will go to the "Send Money" page. Review the contents. If there is a checkbox labeled "I will pay the fee" be sure it is not checked, unless you are opting to pay for the fees PayPal charges me. Then click the "Send Money" button.
Please note that we are currently taking orders for delivery in about one year for both the Standard Series and Concert Series. Considering the length of the Build List, we would much rather receive final balance due at delivery time. Full payment at the time of ordering is strongly discouraged. This also means, it should be noted, that you can place an order without waiting to have the whole purchase price in hand--the balance is due on delivery. (If you need to make special payment arrangements, we will do our best to accomodate you.)
